As a new joiner to LV=, you’ll attend a Welcome meeting and have access to an online welcome programme. This is designed to give you the best start to your career with us. Each department also runs its own team specific training, coupled with a number of other programmes to expand and develop your knowledge.
During your selection process, we don't just look at you for who you are now – we look at you for who you could be in the future. Every manager is encouraged to identify people who want to progress.
For example, we operate a Role Progression Scheme for our customer service and customer sales representatives, with different models being used for each business area.
We also want to develop future leaders through our team leader and management development courses.
